Sister Wah Beef Brisket has gained much popularity and recognition for its delicious and tender beef brisket served in a flavorful clear broth.


The dish features slow-cooked beef brisket, which is marinated in a blend of spices and ingredients such as star anise, cinnamon, ginger, and soy sauce. The beef is cooked until it is tender and infused with the flavors of the spices, while the clear broth is made by simmering beef bones and various aromatics for an extended period to extract their essence. Sister Wah Beef Brisket is typically served with flat rice noodles, known as hor fun.


Many people compare Sister Wah Beef Brisket with Kau Kee in Sheung Wan because they are both famous of clear broth beef brisket. I would say Sister Wah’s broth is relatively sweeter and Kau Kee is more aromatic. They are both the top beef brisket restaurants and worth to try indeed!
