Hong Kong Tram with a bar inside?
This is CityMapper tram in Hong Kong. It’s like a time machine that takes you back to the 1950s! You can experience two different decks, each with its own vibe.
The upper deck has tinted glass windows and cool steel window grilles that make you feel like you’re right in the heart of the city. You can sip on a cup of Pu’er tea, which is like a symbol of peace and blessing. It’s a great way to soak in the sights and sounds of Hong Kong.
The lower deck is a bit more unique. It has small tables inspired by Chinese Medicine shops, and you can touch, smell, and even taste four different herbs. They also have a cocktail with gin and five flower tea that’s super tasty. It’s like a sensory experience that lasts an hour.
I went on this tram ride on a Friday night, and it was amazing. The outside of the tram was super busy, but inside, it was all relaxed and slow-paced. It was a perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
But here’s the thing: this special tram ride is fully booked until the event ended on December 16th. So, if you’re interested in something like this in the future, you should follow @hktramway and @bodwInthecity on Instagram!
