Hong Kong street food like curry fish balls, fish siu mai, 3 treasures need no introduction, because they are the most popular choices. In fact there are a lot of choices in street food vendors which you can explore.
Personally I like deep-fried pork intestine. It is crispy, has unique flavour and I like to put on spicy sauces like mustard and chilli sauce (people usually put a line of mustard and sweet sauce). Another one is deep-fried siu mai. It is not a popular choice and you may not be able to find it from all the vendors. The salt added on the siu mai just make it much more aromatic.
