Pairing Peking Duck with Day & Night Victoria Harbour View in Hutong Restaurant, Hong Kong
Hutong was a renowned restaurant in Hong Kong located in One Peking building in Tsim Sha Tsui. They have moved to another new building, H Centre, in Tsim Sha Tsui which also provides great food and great harbour view. The restaurant is designed to resemble an ancient Chinese courtyard house, complete with rustic wooden furnishings, red lanterns, and antique artifacts. This unique setting provides a beautiful atmosphere and transports diners to a different era.
One of the highlights of dining at Hutong is the stunning view it offers. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the restaurant provides unparalleled panoramic views of Hong Kong's iconic Victoria Harbour and the city's dazzling skyline.
Hutong serves Northern Chinese cuisine, with a focus on dishes that originate from Beijing, Sichuan, and other regions. The menu is a blend of traditional flavors and innovative culinary techniques, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to preserving culture while embracing modernity. Signature dishes include Roasted Peking Duck.
I visited the restaurant at 6pm with my friends who visited Hong Kong. We were able to enjoy the day and night view of Hong Kong which was a perfect dining experience for all of us.
