Why so hard to find a Taxi at 5pm?
Taxi drivers in Hong Kong usually have two shifts: Day shift is between 5am and 5pm Night shift is between 5am and 5am
Therefore many taxi drivers would change their shift at around 4-5pm, before rush hour starts. That’s why it’s harder to catch a taxi around that time.
